Refund Policy

General Conditions

Our refund policy applies exclusively to private customers. Companies, therefore, cannot request refunds under this policy. Customers may claim a refund within 14 days for watches in the Hot Deals section, but only if the products are marked “in stock.” However, items labeled “3–5 days” or classified as custom orders do not qualify.

Once the 14-day period has passed, refunds or exchanges are no longer available.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, keep the item unused and in the same condition as received. The watch must also remain in its original packaging, with manufacturer seals and stickers fully intact. When your return reaches our logistics hub, we forward it to the original dealership for inspection. Only after the dealership approves the item does the refund process begin.

Refund Process

We issue all approved refunds in Bitcoin. The amount corresponds to the EUR/USD value of your purchase at the time of processing. In addition, we deduct transport, insurance, and cancellation fees before sending the refund. Because the exchange rate determines the Bitcoin amount, an increase in Bitcoin value since your purchase means you will receive fewer Bitcoins than originally paid.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email support@goldenoakreserve.com. Our support team will then guide you through each step and provide the correct shipping instructions.

Refund Notifications

Once we receive and inspect your return, we notify you by email. The message confirms whether your refund request is approved or denied. If approved, we process the refund and send it directly to the blockchain address used for the purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you cannot see your refund, first rescan the blockchain and check your wallet again. Should the issue persist, please contact support@goldenoakreserve.com for further assistance.

Sale Items and Exchanges

Refunds apply only to regular-priced items; sale items are not eligible. Moreover, we only replace products if they arrive defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, email our support team before shipping your item.

Shipping of Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged. Because shipping costs are non-refundable, we recommend using a trackable courier and purchasing insurance to secure safe delivery.
