With the Rosebank 30 Years, the respected spirits company Ian Macleod from Scotland puts whiskey lovers in the mood for the resurrection of the Rosebank distillery from the Lowlands. The precious Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whiskey was triple distilled using traditional copper stills in 1990, three years before the closure of Scotland’s Rosebank Distillery. Aged 30 years in a combination of ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks until its bottling in 2020 without chill filtration and added coloring. The strictly limited Rosebank 30 years, which was filled with a total of only around 4,300 bottles, is delivered in a 0.7 l bottle with 48.6% vol.

The vintage whiskey from the Lowland distillery Rosebank is the first bottling of the series of 30-year-old whiskeys, which will be continued in strictly limited editions in the coming years. According to the manufacturer, the exclusive whiskey is characterized by a soft and creamy scent with notes of caramel waffles, vanilla and nutmeg. On the palate it is said to be wonderfully balanced with notes of smooth syrup, pears and a pleasant oak spice, with its finish being long-lasting with tones of candied violets, oranges and some mint.
