The new Scotch whiskey was distilled in 1978 and first matured in American oak casks before being finished in Spanish sherry casks from Bodega Delgado Zuleta. The exquisite whiskey is characterized by its sensational sweetness and fruitiness with rich raisin and peat aromas and shows maritime and smoky notes. As is typical for Talisker, it has a salty and peppery taste and fades away warmly and slowly. The limited great whiskey comes in a 0.7 l bottle with 50% vol. and can be conveniently ordered online.
